Il Nuits Saint Georges 1er cru Les Porets St Georges 2018 del Domaine Vincent Ledy offre al naso profumi di frutti rossi tra cui ribes, ciliegia, rosa con accenni di spezie. La bocca è di buona struttura con tannini ben presenti e con ritorni fruttati e spezie, da attendere con pazienza anche se ha meno profondità del vecchie viti.
Il Nuits Saint Georges 1er cru Les Porets St Georges 2018 del Domaine Vincent Ledy proviene dalla parcella omonima nel comune di Nuits St Georges . Vincent applica un'agricoltura sostenibile senza insetticidi ed erbicidi. Dopo la raccolta manuale l'uva viene messa in una vasca di cemento dove si avvia la fermentazione con i raspi che dura circa 2 settimane. Le uve vengono pigiate manualmente. Dopo la pressatura, il vino affina in botti di rovere per circa 12-15 mesi.
Al naso i profumi virano su frutti rossi tra cui ribes, ciliegia, rosa con accenni di spezie. La bocca è di buona struttura con tannini ben presenti e con ritorni fruttati e spezie, da attendere con pazienza anche se ha meno profondità del vecchie viti.
CONSERVAZIONE
da godere o aspettarlo qualche anno, può invecchiare bene.ABBINAMENTO
Con cacciagione o formaggi anche di media stagionatura, 16/18°.
