Questo Champagne Reserve Brut Nv di Bereche et Fils al naso vira su note di tostatura e frutta matura, in bocca è fresco, ricco e minerale e allunga su note di frutta. Deg. Novembre 2021.
Questo Champagne Reserve Brut Nv di Bereche et Fils è una Cuvée di Pinot nero per il 35%, Pinot Meunier 35% e Chardonnay 30% che provengono da Ludes, Olmi, Mareuil-le-Port e Trépail da viti con età media di 40 anni e con un 35% di vin de reserve. Il vino resta 18 mesi sui lieviti per il 60% in legno ed il resto in acciaio e dopo la sboccatura riposa altri 6 mesi in vetro. Al naso troviamo tostatura e frutta matura, in bocca è fresco, ricco e minerale e allunga su note di frutta. Deg. Dicembre 2020.
